What happens after the trial?
We email you 3 days before it ends. After it ends your dashboards stay open for 7 days, then pause until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, so choosing a plan brings everything back straight away.
Can I have more than one trial?
Free trials are one per person. If you need longer to evaluate, contact us.
Is it priced on my cloud spend?
No. Prices are flat and never a percentage of your cloud bill.
Are there other costs?
The agent runs in your own Azure and is billed there. The agent runs at the size you choose: Small is roughly $20–30 a month, Standard (recommended, answers straight away) roughly $40–60, and Premium, a dedicated plan, roughly $250. The AI Advisor’s model is billed by Azure in your subscription, usually around a dollar a month.
Can an IT partner manage several clients?
Yes — each client is its own organization, fully isolated. Talk to us about partner pricing.
